2009'S WORST MAKE- UP PURCHASES

So I gave you a list of my hottest purchases last 2009. So here's a run- down of my top 5 worst purchases in 2010:THE FACE SHOP FELT TIP EYELINER PENSmudges like crazy and it would always end up inside my eyes and sting 'em!
